The group of Shriners Children’s team members who traveled to Cyprus for the outreach clinic
This year marked the first time since the global pandemic began that Shriners Children’s staff were able to return to Cyprus. Thanks to the Shriners Children’s team, and staff and volunteers from the George and Thelma Paraskevaides Foundation, the 2023 clinic helped more than 145 patients receive care. Over 300 children will be examined by orthopaedic doctors visiting Cyprus from the Shriners Hospital in the US, Health Minster Michalis Hadjipantela said on Thursday, visiting the George and Thelma Paraskevaides Foundation.
